2.) Add your SMARTMoney MasterCard as bank in your PayPal
Account.
(The 16 digit number in your CARD not the one
you got from [MONEY to 343]) is also considered as BANK ACCOUNT in BDO.3.) Withdraw
4.) Wait for at least 1 day after the 4th day of your transaction in Paypal. I withdraw last Sept. 18, 2013. I got it Sept. 23
So yeah, it’s still working as of Sept. 2013

P50 bank
P200 BDO Charge
Charge when you withdraw from non-BDO is P15

hi! does any body who experience this? "i have linked and verified my SmartMoney Mastercar to paypal since last week but i think the SmartMoney doesn't respond when i purchase through PayPal, i have Php100 on my Paypal but i have to pay more than Php100 and my card has a sufficient amount."
